Team Balancer for ZSU Servers. Works with faction keys US, USSR and FIA. Ignores FIA but balances US and USSR. If you want to steal it to change it go for gold it is APL.

This mod is allowable to be run on approved monetised servers, no need to contact me. Credit to Bacon for his APL Team Balancer from way back, used the basis of that script to help make this one.
