Summary

Standalone dynamic AI encounters for Arma Reforger. Encounters spawn when players arrive, suspend when they leave, and escalate through QRF and Last Stand. No Scenario Framework required.

Description

Wyatt Derp's Dynamic AI drops living encounters into your Arma Reforger mission without Scenario Framework or a custom game mode. Place a few prefabs, set a spawn radius, and defenders appear when players get close — and disappear when they leave, preserving remaining force strength for when players return.
Encounters escalate through a configurable chain: original defenders hold their ground, QRF reinforcements respond when casualties cross a threshold, and a Last Stand force commits when QRF is spent. Each stage optionally stages vehicles before AI spawn. Players who capture vehicles keep them — encounter cleanup is yours to configure.
Designed for server performance. AI only exist when players are present. No global scans, no polling, no background managers.
