ACE CPR Rosomak Medic Fix

This small compatibility fix allows ACE Medical CPR to be performed on patients placed inside the medical stretcher/patient seats of the Medical Vehicle.

In the original setup, patients lying on the Rosomak medical stretchers are technically treated as vehicle occupants. Because of that, ACE Medical blocks CPR, even though other actions such as checking pulse or inspecting injuries may still work.

This mod fixes that behavior by allowing CPR only from the dedicated doctor seat inside the medical compartment.

Features:
- Enables CPR on patients inside the KTO Rosomak Medic stretcher/patient seats
- Restricts vehicle CPR to the doctor compartment seat only
- Prevents CPR from being available in normal vehicles
- Keeps normal ACE CPR behavior outside vehicles
- Uses a custom on-screen CPR progress message
- No changes to standard ACE medical treatment outside the Rosomak Medic

This is a compatibility/fix mod for ACE Medical. It does not replace ACE Medical and does not modify the base Rosomak vehicle behavior outside the medical CPR interaction.

Known notes:
CPR inside the vehicle is performed without the standard ACE CPR animation to avoid animation/helper issues when the vehicle moves. The medical CPR state is still triggered through ACE Medical logic.
