GLOBALSURVIVAL_RUNTIME est le socle runtime technique GLOBAL DEV TEAM pour Arma Reforger / Enfusion.

Il sert de base aux futurs managers gameplay du projet GLOBALSURVIVAL : bootstrap, registre de configs, spawn director, chemins de profils, validation serveur et intégration persistence.
