By downloading, loading, hosting, testing, accessing, unpacking, or using pLo Core, you agree to this license. If not, do not use pLo Core.

1. LIMITED PERMISSION
You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use pLo Core for joining and playing on authorized pLoiZe-games.ru servers, or servers approved in writing by pLoiZe. No other rights are granted.

2. SERVER RESTRICTION
pLo Core may not be used, hosted, tested, mirrored, bundled, or run on any public, private, test, dev, clan, community, commercial, monetized, or free server without written permission from pLoiZe.

3. NO REUPLOAD / REDISTRIBUTION
You may not reupload, mirror, redistribute, repack, rename, publish, share, or include pLo Core or its files in any addon, modpack, server pack, launcher, archive, repository, website, Discord, cloud storage, or other distribution.

4. NO DERIVATIVE WORKS / COPYING
You may not create, publish, host, distribute, or use derivative works based on pLo Core, including modified versions, forks, ports, remakes, reconstructions, rewrites, or systems containing copied, adapted, or substantially similar protected implementation.

5. PROPRIETARY VIRTUAL STASH TECHNOLOGY
pLo Core contains a proprietary technical implementation of a server-authoritative virtual loot storage/stash system, including persistence logic, virtualized item records, server-side storage, synchronization, access control, stash workflows, restoration logic, scripts, configs, source/object code, file structure, and server architecture.

You may not copy, extract, analyze, reproduce, adapt, port, rebuild, reconstruct, imitate, or implement this protected implementation, in whole or in part, in any other mod, addon, framework, tool, script, project, service, game mode, or software product.

6. PATENT RIGHTS RESERVED / NO PATENT LICENSE
All patent, utility model, and similar rights, including current or future patent applications relating to pLo Core, its virtual stash implementation, persistence, item virtualization, sync, access control, and restoration logic, are reserved by pLoiZe.

This license grants no patent license, implied patent license, covenant not to sue, or permission to practice, implement, reproduce, use, sell, distribute, or provide any patented or patentable method, system, process, or technical implementation from pLo Core. No right is granted to file patents or utility models based on pLo Core or its protected implementation.

7. NO EXTRACTION / REVERSE ENGINEERING
Except where mandatory law prohibits this restriction, you may not unpack, extract, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, inspect, analyze, copy, adapt, port, rebuild, reconstruct, imitate, or use pLo Core files, scripts, configs, assets, data, structure, or protected implementation. Bypassing author IDs, license notices, server checks, access restrictions, or technical measures is prohibited.

8. NO COMMERCIAL USE / MONETIZATION
pLo Core may not be used for commercial purpose or direct or indirect monetization, including paid access, paid perks, donations/subscriptions, selling, licensing, renting, leasing, sublicensing, or offering pLo Core as a product or service.

9. BOHEMIA PRODUCTS ONLY
pLo Core may be used only within Arma Reforger and only where allowed by Bohemia Interactive’s terms. Use outside Arma Reforger or outside Bohemia Interactive products is prohibited.

10. TECHNICAL ENFORCEMENT
pLo Core may include non-malicious technical measures to verify authorized use. Outside permitted conditions, pLo Core may refuse to initialize, disable features, deny protected systems, display a notice, or behave as if not loaded. Bypassing these measures is prohibited.

11. TERMINATION / REVOCATION
Any breach immediately terminates your permission. pLoiZe may revoke, suspend, limit, or deny permission to use pLo Core for any user, server, community, project, organization, or service at any time, with or without cause, by direct notice, Discord, website notice, Workshop update, or public Discord announcement. After revocation, you must stop using pLo Core and remove unauthorized copies and derivative works.

Permission is valid only if issued directly by pLoiZe through this Discord or another official contact publicly confirmed by pLoiZe. Silence, previous access/download/server use, or ability to load pLo Core does not create permission. Third-party dependencies keep their licenses. Nothing overrides Bohemia Interactive or third-party rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by pLoiZe.
