Description
New UI layout.
Exposed the score values on the component so server owners can change it if they like
Exposed the colors for the player rows/active player colors so they can be stylized per server owner.
Should dynamically pull server name.
Dynamically pulls faction names and their flags.
Updates the list ever 5 seconds (when open).
Scroll bar (arrow keys or wasd on PC, equivalent on consoles)
Auto-scrolls to your position.
Zebra stripe for readability on the list
Explicitly does not look for Civilian and FIA factions
