Minor improvement to vanilla vehicle lights and flashlights.
Description
This mod overrides vanilla rear, brake, and hazard lights. They now cast shadows for a more realistic look. Vanilla flashlights (US and USSR) now have a much lower near plane to cast shadows even on nearby objects. Only exception being when you have the flashlight on your body as then it can often clip with your body.
