- RTE System Keybinds changed to a Menu selection
- BFT Icons only on group leader, display group name properly.

- VSI Scrolling Bar should now sit flush within the VSI indicator
- Heading Tape should now sit flush below the numerical indicators
- RTE/WP/TGT Waypoints should now properly display on-screen in the HMD
- Observed Sparkles should now properly move again

Working on correcting CCIPs again. Most are good. However, I am dropping support for non-WCS weapons. 

I do not have a solution for sparkles/IZLID atm. The realistic answer is that I am just going to go back to a light-entity version like pre 1.7.
