MODIFICATIONS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter, the "License") constitutes a legally binding adhesion contract between you (hereinafter, the "Licensee" or the "User") and Gilbert (hereinafter, the "Creator" or the "Licensor"), regarding any software package, digital content, three-dimensional models, textures, behavior scripts, interfaces, logical configurations, and complementary files created by the Licensor and published on the Arma Reforger Workshop (hereinafter, the "Modification" or "Modifications").
By downloading, installing, copying, hosting, running, or otherwise using the Modification, the Licensee expressly agrees to be bound by all the terms, restrictions, and obligations set forth in this License. If the Licensee does not give their absolute, free, and unconditional consent to these terms, they are not authorized to download, install, retain, or run the Modification, and must immediately cease its use and remove any copies from their storage systems.
Section 1. Intellectual Property Declaration and Retention of Rights
The Modification is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Creator. The Creator absolutely retains all copyrights, industrial property rights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets associated with the visual design, three-dimensional models, textures, technical configurations, and scripts programmed in the Enforce Script language contained within the Modification's distribution. This License grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable authorization for use under the terms described herein, and under no circumstances shall it be construed as a sale, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights over the Modification files. All rights not explicitly granted in this instrument are strictly reserved by the Creator.
Section 2. Grant of Limited License
Subject to strict and continuous compliance with the conditions of this License, and in accordance with the corporate terms of Bohemia Interactive a.s., the Creator grants the Licensee a restricted license to:
Local Client Execution: Download, install, and run the Modification solely for personal and recreational entertainment in local single-player sessions or as a client connecting to game servers duly authorized under Section 3 of this document.
Regulatory Compliance: This limited license is contingent at all times upon uninterrupted compliance with the Arma Reforger End User License Agreement, the Arma Reforger Tools EULA, and the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use.
Section 3. Server Use Restrictions and Authorization Exception
It is strictly prohibited to host, run, upload, activate, or otherwise make available the Modification files on any multiplayer Arma Reforger game server, whether public, private, for-profit, or non-profit, unless the following authorization exception is strictly met:
Creator's Permission: Only server operators who have obtained express authorization from the Creator may host and run the Modification on their hardware infrastructure or Arma Reforger server hosting services.
Nature of Permission (Written or Verbal): Such authorization for use may be granted directly by the Creator either in writing or verbally. However, for purposes of validity, enforceability, and the prevention of undocumented implied licenses, any permission granted verbally (spoken) shall lack legal validity unless ratified by the Creator in writing within seventy-two (72) hours following the verbal conversation.
Valid Digital Ratification: Formal written ratification shall only be considered as communications issued by the Creator through his designated official digital contact channels (such as the official email address, verified Arma Reforger Workshop profile, or direct contact via his Discord account specified in Section 12). Such digital document must explicitly detail the name of the community, the unique server identifier (Server ID or IP address), and the validity period of the authorization.
Antitrust and Non-Discrimination Restriction: Server use authorizations will be managed based on technical availability, game community reputation, and alignment with the visual and technical standards of the mod. The Creator declares that under no circumstances will authorization for use be arbitrarily denied based on discriminatory criteria prohibited by European Union legislation (Directive 2000/43/EC), including race, gender, nationality, or religion.
Section 4. Prohibition of Modification, Adaptation, and Creation of Derivative Works
The Modification is distributed under a restrictive "No Derivatives" framework. The Licensee or any third party is strictly prohibited from performing any of the following operations on the Modification files, unless prior written or verbal permission duly ratified under the formalities of Section 3 of this License is obtained:
File and Configuration Alteration: Modifying, altering, editing, adding, removing, reconfiguring, or adapting any file constituting the Modification, including three-dimensional logical models, interfaces, Enforce Script behavior scripts, or system configuration parameters.
Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, extracting, or analyzing the internal logical structure, packaging, and compiled files of the Modification.
Asset Extraction: Extracting three-dimensional models, textures, meshes, visual materials (RVMATs), scripts, or audio tracks contained within the Modification for use in other software projects or conversion to other video games.
Legitimate Interoperability: In accordance with European Union Directive 2009/24/EC, logical calls and API binding configurations exclusively necessary to achieve functional compatibility of the Modification with other mods on local servers are exempted from the modification prohibition, provided that this does not involve the re-compilation, cloning, or redistribution of the Creator's protected binary files and scripts.
Section 5. Absolute Prohibition of Monetization and Commercial Exploitation
This Modification is exclusively non-commercial in nature. It is strictly prohibited for the Licensee, authorized server operators, sponsors, or third parties to engage in any commercial activity or financial income generation directly or indirectly linked to the Modification. This prohibition includes, without limitation, the following activities:
Sale of Content or Access: Charging money, download fees, mandatory subscription contributions, or dues to access the download of the Modification or game servers that require it for play.
Benefit Systems (Server Monetization): Using the Modification on servers that commercialize priority access slots (VIP slots), the sale of integrated virtual items, competitive advantages (pay-to-win), role reservation systems, or donations associated with obtaining aesthetic or gameplay advantages that utilize the mod's systems or files.
Professional Training Use: Using the Modification for real military training simulations, occupational education, professional military training, or any non-recreational corporate commercial and educational purpose.
Section 6. Exclusive Distribution Channel and Redistribution Restrictions (Mirrors)
The only legal and authorized channel to obtain, download, and update the Modification is the official Arma Reforger Workshop platform provided by Bohemia Interactive. The following are prohibited:
Uploading to External Platforms: Uploading, hosting, distributing, or creating download mirrors of the Modification on external direct download servers, peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing networks, simulation forums, or public repositories (such as GitHub, GitLab, Google Drive, Mega).
Repackaging (Repacks): Decompressing, repackaging, and republishing the Modification on the Workshop under other names, individual server collections, or as an integrated component of large game community mods (unions or community modpacks), unless explicit written consent from the Creator is given. Repackaging is expressly restricted for the following communities or projects:

Section 7. Technological Self-Protection and Technical-Gameplay Deactivation Measures
The Licensee expressly acknowledges and accepts that the Modification may incorporate automated software systems to verify compliance with the terms of this License, specifically regarding the validity of server execution authorizations set forth in Section 3.
Passive Verification: The Modification may execute embedded scripts that passively collect logical server data (such as the Arma Reforger Server ID, mission name, host name, or connection IP address) for the sole purpose of checking them against the criteria of servers authorized by the Creator.
Technical Deactivation Measure: If the embedded script detects that the Modification is running in an unauthorized environment or game server, the system will safely and automatically deactivate the functionality of the mod's systems. This may involve disabling its logical functions, removing its components from inventories/arsenals, logging alerts in the chat logs, or overlaying graphic warning watermarks on the screen.
Non-Maliciousness Limit: The Creator guarantees that these technical license control measures are strictly governed under non-malicious gameplay criteria; therefore, under no circumstances will they corrupt game files, degrade the general performance of the external server's processor, or interfere with the functionality of the rest of Arma Reforger's logical modules, operating neutrally as if the Modification had not been loaded.
Section 8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Modification is provided and installed on an "AS IS" basis, free of long-term support commitments, and without any explicit or implicit warranty of any kind by the Creator. The Creator does not guarantee that the operation of the Modification will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of logical or visual flaws, or that it will maintain compatibility with future technical updates of Bohemia Interactive's Enfusion engine.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable national and international civil legislation, the Creator shall not be liable to the Licensee or any third party for commercial losses of any kind, incidental damages, loss of profits or revenue, server operating system failures, temporary or permanent ban of profiles on the Arma Reforger Workshop, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, inability to use, or technical incompatibility of the Modification files.
Section 9. Automatic Termination for Breach
This License shall enter into force at the precise moment the download or installation of the Modification files begins and shall remain in effect until its termination or revocation. Any breach of the prohibitions or conditions set forth in this contract shall result in the immediate, automatic, and irrevocable termination of this License for use, without the need for prior judicial resolution or notice by the Creator. Upon termination, all rights of use granted under this License shall cease immediately, forcing the Licensee to permanently uninstall, purge, and destroy any physical, digital, or cached copies of the Modification under their control or storage.
Section 10. Specifically Prohibited Communities and Persons
Due to prior infractions against the Creator's intellectual property rights, Bohemia Interactive's general terms of use, or harmful community behavior, the execution, use, or download of the Creator's Modifications and any of their logical systems on servers managed by or associated directly or indirectly with the following game groups or individuals is absolutely prohibited:

Section 11. Trademark Protection and Identity Elements
The Creator's pseudonym (Gilbert), the identity marks used by him, as well as any logo, isotype, or custom interface design associated with his projects are protected under copyright and unfair competition rules. It is strictly prohibited to use the identifying name of the Creator in unauthorized derivative projects, external game server titles, simulation community advertising campaigns, or to simulate the existence of an official association or corporate sponsorship between a game server operator and the Creator without prior written consent from the right holder.
Section 12. Contact and Authorization Management
For inquiries regarding the scope of the license for use, formal authorization requests for game servers, or reporting copyright violations by third parties, the Licensee must reach out exclusively through the Creator's official channels:
