- Self-bandaging time increased from 7s to 18s*
- Bandaging others now takes 15s instead of 6s*
- CPR calculation now occur every 30 in-game chest compressions (approximately every 15 seconds). This is intended to match real-life CPR guidelines, where you check for a pulse after 30 compressions, then repeat if necessary
- Added 2 KAT Tourniquets to the CLS and MedicalKit

*This change is experimental and is intended to give the KAT Tourniquet a proper role, since it has always been mostly useless in Reforger. It is now significantly faster than bandaging and finally useful in dynamic situations.
