# **Disclaimer**

All software, assets, and related materials included in the FRS mods are provided “AS IS”, without any warranty of any kind.  
FRS makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

- Freedom from errors or defects  
- Suitability for any specific purpose  
- Compliance with any commercial, industrial, or military standard  

You assume full responsibility for any use of this mod, including scenarios where incorrect usage or malfunction could result in damage, loss of property, or personal injury.  
FRS accepts no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of FRS Mods.

By downloading, installing, or using FRF for Bohemia Interactive’s Arma Reforger, you agree to the terms outlined below.

# **End User License Agreement (EULA)**

## **Creative Commons License**

All content within FRS Mods is released under the **Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY NC ND 4.0)**.

Under this license:

- You may not redistribute FRS Mods or any part of them on the Arma Reforger Workshop or any other platform unless explicitly authorized by First Response Studios.  
- You may not use FRS mods or its contents for commercial purposes.  
  This includes, but is not limited to, servers or communities that use monetization systems, donation reward schemes, paid perks, or any financial model that provides in game benefits.  
  Approval from Bohemia Interactive for monetization does not override this clause.  
- FRS mods are provided exclusively for Arma Reforger gameplay and must not be used for real world military training or simulation.  
- No individual permissions or exceptions will be granted outside this EULA.  
- FRS reserves the right to waive or modify any conditions at its sole discretion.

## **Derivative Content**

“Derivative content” refers to any modification, retexture, dependency mod, or altered version of FRF assets.

Derivative content is **not permitted** unless the creator has received **explicit written permission from First Response Studios (FRS)**.

Without this permission:

- No retextures, edits, or modified versions of FRS assets may be created  
- No dependency mods may reference or rely on FRS assets  
- No FRS content may be repackaged, altered, or redistributed in any form  

If permission is granted by FRS, the following conditions apply:

- The derivative content must remain non commercial  
- The derivative content must clearly link to this EULA  
- The derivative content must not portray FRS or FRS Mods in a negative, extremist, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise harmful manner  

FRS reserves the right to revoke permission at any time and may request removal of infringing content from the Workshop or Workbench.

## **Credits and Third Party Contributions**

FRS Mods may include assets, concepts, or work created by third party contributors.
First Response Studios (FRS) acknowledges and credits these creators in accordance with the permissions they have granted.
Any third party work included in FRS Mods is used only with the explicit consent of the original creator.
Such work remains the intellectual property of its respective owner and is credited:

## **No Depiction of Ongoing Real World Conflicts**

FRS does not endorse or support the depiction of real world wars or active conflicts using FRS assets.

The following are strictly prohibited:

- Any portrayal of the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine using FRS assets  
- Any use of Russian or Ukrainian wartime markings (Z, O, V and similar symbols)  
- Any depiction of the current conflict involving Israeli and Palestinian forces  
- Any representation of active, real world military operations using FRS content  

There will be no exceptions.  
FRS will take all necessary steps, including takedowns, cease and desist actions, and removal requests, to protect the integrity of our work and community.

# **No Monetization**

FRS follows a strict **NO monetization** policy.

The following actions violate the Non Commercial clause:

- Charging for server access or priority slots  
- Selling in game perks, cosmetics, items, or currency  
- Offering paid progression, XP boosts, or gameplay advantages  
- Product placement, sponsorships, or endorsements  
- Donation goals that unlock in game benefits  

Any form of payment in exchange for in game return is prohibited.
