This license applies to all content included in the NEXT LIFE mod, including but not limited to files, 3D models, textures, sounds, scripts, animations, configurations, assets, code and any other material provided with the mod (hereinafter referred to as the “Mod”).
1. Ownership
The Mod and all of its components remain the exclusive property of NEXT LIFE and/or their respective authors.
Making the Mod available through Steam Workshop or any other platform does not constitute a transfer or assignment of ownership or copyright.
2. Permitted Use
The Mod may only be used for personal purposes and within the intended framework of the game or platform for which the Mod is published.
No additional rights are granted under this license.
3. Restrictions
Without prior written permission from NEXT LIFE, you are strictly prohibited from:
modifying, editing, decompiling, disassembling or altering the Mod or any part of it;
extracting, reusing or incorporating any part of the Mod into another project;
creating derivative versions or forks of the Mod;
copying, reproducing or republishing the Mod or any part of it;
redistributing the Mod or any of its files, whether free of charge or for payment;
downloading and re-hosting the Mod on another platform or Workshop;
using the Mod's assets in another mod, game, server, project or creation;
publishing modified or unofficial versions of the Mod;
removing or altering credits, copyright notices or license information;
claiming to be the author, creator or rights holder of the Mod;
using the Mod or any of its components for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
4. Modified Versions
Any modified, rebuilt, extracted or derivative version of the Mod is considered unofficial and may not be distributed, published or made publicly available without prior written permission from NEXT LIFE.
5. Redistribution
Redistribution of all or any part of the Mod is prohibited, including through:
Steam Workshop;
game servers;
websites;
file-hosting platforms;
modding platforms;
social media;
public or private archives accessible to third parties.
Simply crediting NEXT LIFE does not constitute permission to redistribute the Mod.
6. Exceptions
Any exception to this license must be expressly and explicitly authorized in writing by NEXT LIFE.
Permission granted for one specific element or use does not constitute a general authorization.
7. Withdrawal of Permission
Any permission granted may be subject to conditions specified by NEXT LIFE and may be revoked in the event of a violation of those conditions.
8. Violations
Any unauthorized use of the Mod or its components constitutes a violation of this license and applicable intellectual property rights.
NEXT LIFE reserves the right to request the removal of any content that unlawfully uses the Mod or its components and to take any available legal or platform-based action to enforce its rights.
9. No Warranty
The Mod is provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranty regarding its functionality, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Mod, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms of this license.
Any use not expressly permitted by this license is prohibited.
