Bavvos BTR periscope tweak

This utilises the 'Immersive mirrors and periscopes' mod created by F2Lender.
The BTR scopes are quite hard to use because your viewpoint as driver is too low. This is a very crude attempt to improve the drivers position.
Unfortunately it works by moving the whole driver up by 10cm, which then means that the drivers hands no longer line up with the steering wheel and looks wrong. However, it does improve the view through the periscopes.
It also means the driver can no longer see through the armoured window at the front as it is obscured.

The real fix would involve a whole new drivers model and probably an option to raise the seat + drivers position up and down.
