Miniguns now fire real projectiles with full ballistics — bullet impacts, hit sounds, and supersonic cracks now work on every surface and in multiplayer.
AI gunners lead moving targets and compensate for bullet drop; bursts track targets instead of firing at a fixed point.
Damage rebalanced: roughly 3 body hits to kill instead of one-taps, with headshots and vitals still hitting far harder.

Fixes the helipad heli-spawner silently dying in three situations:
Helipads saved into a world/scenario never spawned helis. The spawner manager started during world loading, before the game began, and its update loop never ran. Now the loop is (re)started when the game mode starts.
Spawners dead after switching maps or using Reload Game. The manager thought it was still running from the previous session and never restarted its update loop. Now it re-arms on every world change — no more restarting the game between maps.
AI slot reservations leaking across sessions. Stale reservations from a previous world could silently eat the AI spawn budget. Reservation state now resets on world change.
No changes to spawn behavior, cooldowns, or AI limits — this only makes the existing logic actually run when it should. Safe to add/remove; requires the original Deko helipad mod.
