WCS VSS and AS-VAL for USSR

This mod also fixes the volume for the 10rnd magazines and makes them take up less space than the 20rnd ones

Also adds the VSS/AS-VAL to a couple of the recon classes:
AS-VAL to the Special Forces Sapper Recon
VSS to the Special Forces Sharpshooter Recon
