Tribesman - GM Lights Off

NOTE: Currently there is no way to turn the lights back on. This is in the works. 

Should affect ALL light sources including modded ones. Has no impact on weapon or equipment light sources aka PEQs or flashlights.

Entities can be found under objects filter near the end. Names are "Power On" and "Power Off."
