Changed the effect to act as salts vs morphine, that way you don't accidentally OD if you just need an extra bump. Funny enough, this means you can use these as salts to wake people back up LOL. Won't show up in the ace medical menu though, so it won't break "Immersion" or clutter the ace medical menu
