Reskins and visual modifications are permitted ONLY if ALL conditions are met:
Your project requires the original SHS mod (no asset bundling)
Clear and visible credit to Shadow Haven™ Studios is provided
No raw asset extraction (textures/models)
Screenshots/reference-based editing only
No redistribution of models or protected files
5. No Extraction / Reverse Engineering
You may NOT:
Extract assets
Decompile files
Reverse engineer systems
Access protected/internal content
without written permission.
This applies specifically to SHS / SHH intellectual property and does not override ownership of engine systems by the developer of Arma Reforger.
6. Code, Systems, & Infrastructure Protection
All scripting, backend systems, configurations, and modular frameworks developed by SHS / SHH are proprietary.
You may NOT:
Copy or reuse code
Modify core systems
Use SHS / SHH systems as a base for derivative frameworks
without explicit written authorization.
7. Hosting & Service Enforcement Clause
Shadow Haven™ Hosting retains authority to:
Enforce licensing across hosted servers
Restrict or deny service to violating users
Act against unauthorized monetization involving SHS content
Use of SHS content on third-party hosting platforms remains subject to this license.
8. Enforcement & Legal Action
Violations may result in:
DMCA takedown requests
Platform enforcement (Workshop, Discord, hosting providers)
Server blacklisting
Termination of access to SHS / SHH services
Legal action under applicable United States intellectual property and trademark law
9. Reservation of Rights
All rights not explicitly granted are fully reserved by Shadow Haven™ Studios and Shadow Haven™ Hosting.
