Goofballs Respawn Timer

This mod is designed to overwrite the default GamemodeSF.prefab that Foggy's Survival uses. This mod adds in 1 free respawn every 10 minutes, then every respawn after that adds a 30 second penalty lockout to the player. Then after 10 minutes have elapsed, you earn 1 free spawn. The exact respawn lockout can be configured within the tools if needed, and GMs in game can turn the lockout timer on/off for special events if needed.

This is designed to work with Foggys Survival, or game modes utilizing the GamemodeSF prefab, you are welcome to port and modify this mod to any other gamemode you wish.
