JRM Ostregal

JRMOstregal adds Vekra, the Ostregali resistance network fighting Danvar's occupation. Vekra is a small, cell-structured movement built from former Ostregali military personnel, professionals, and civilians who reject the Danvari-backed provisional order.

In the coalition campaign setting, Vekra targets the logistics and economic infrastructure that sustains the occupation rather than trying to defeat the PDC in open battle. Their cooperation with outside forces is grudging, conditional, and non-subordinate. For now, this mod focuses on adding the Vekra faction for resistance, sabotage, and occupied-Ostregal scenarios.
