This mod prevents the gain of XP when you delivere supply from a base to base and only when you take supply from a harbour or a base that is using conflictbase_mob.et.
Description
This mod prevents the gain of XP when you delivere supply from a base to base and only when you take supply from a harbour or a base that is using conflictbase_mob.et. Also when your base has a connection to an enemy base not a harbour you get 1.75 times more xp for supply delivery. Feel free to change the numbers and settings for your scenario.
