An asset pack: props and vehicles, no scripts and no settings.

- Recoverable artefacts - a scarab, a carved head and a crown, intended as
objects an operation sends players to find and bring back
- Set dressing - a bookcase and wall posters
- Vehicles - an M151A2 light utility truck and a UAZ-452 ambulance

Everything is registered with the Game Master content browser, so it can be
placed by hand on any world whether or not you run ATG Anizay.

Split out from the scenario mod so the models can be updated without
republishing the operation, and reused by anyone who wants them.
