DESTINY grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use this Mod solely for personal gameplay purposes and only as explicitly permitted under this Agreement.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

Without prior explicit written permission from DESTINY, you may NOT:

- Include this Mod in modpacks, repositories, launchers, or collections
- Mirror this Mod on other websites or platforms
- Use this Mod on any public or private server
- Monetize servers using this Mod
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit this Mod
- Remove or alter copyright or ownership notices
Partial use of assets is also prohibited.

4. SERVER USAGE POLICY

Unauthorized server usage is strictly prohibited.

DESTINY reserves the right to revoke server authorization at any time for any reason.

DESTINY is not responsible for:

8. TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if you violate any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Mod and remove all copies from your systems and servers.

DESTINY reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Mod after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
