A comprehensive, code-only framework for tactical gameplay.
Loadout sharing, dynamic missions (DA/OP), persistent service records, NPC drones with POV, air transport, NPC QRF and more!

Description

Tactical Ops (TOPS) — a GM toolkit that makes milsim scenarios run themselves.
TOPS bundles three major addons for Arma Reforger Game Masters:

1. Loadout Quick Share. Save a full kit onto an NPC mannequin. Players walk up and get it equipped or take it in a bag.
2. Dynamic Mission Creator. One placeable entity that generates full SMEAC briefings, spawns the right NPCs / vehicles / intel, and runs missions start to finish. Four modes: NONE (you author by hand), MANUAL (auto-briefing + you place the tags), AUTO (GM approve + system spawns everything), USER (players agency via mission/personal radio — no GM required).
3. Persistent Service Record and Health. Manage how your players stay alive and get automatic service records for each player per faction. Review your service record via your Personal Belongings (use Equip)


BASIC GM SETUP 
INFO: default USER mode — players run their own missions, no GM required
1. GM entity browser → search "TOPS".
2. Place a TOPS Mission Creator (Blue Team and/or Red Team).
3. (Optional) Set Friendly / Enemy / Civilian factions in its properties panel; Bonus: set "Show All Missions" to YES in Control tab.
4. (Optional) Place a TOPS Loadout Mannequin at FOB. Hold Save Loadout once you have the kit you want to share.

That's it. Players walk to the radio (or use their own, hold R) → Request DA Mission or Request OP Mission. 
Briefing + live objectives appear instantly. End Mission on the radio when done — wipes everything, ready for the next request. Server runs itself.


ADVANCED GM SETUP
INFO: AUTO mode — GM reviews and approves each mission
1. Same as Basic, but set Mode = Auto

GM workflow at the radio:
- (GM) Download Plan — preview objectives on the map. Drag markers to relocate.
- (GM) Approve Plan — entities spawn; mission goes live; players get the briefing.
- Reset Mission — wipe cleanly; next plan auto-rolls.
- WARNING: in AUTO, GM must reset at endex for a new mission to roll. Switch to USER if that's hassle.


OPTIONAL ADDON MISSION STATIONS
INFO: The Mission Creator pulses each one at mission start IF the matching support tier is set to NPC on its properties panel.
You can also force spawn them with marker properties if you are not using a mission creator.

1. Spawn TOPS Drone Station — set Support: Drone = NPC on the Mission Creator. Terminal Radio spawns at the marker location. Place a Survey map marker, request dispatch, redirect mid-flight, RTB. With POV feed gated by LOS and range (2 km).
2. Spawn TOPS QRF Station (Friendly) — set Support: QRF = NPC on the Mission Creator. Use radio (hold R) to contact spawned QRF team. QRF1-Staging / QRF1-Attack map markers. Command QRF via radio.
3. Spawn TOPS Air Transport Station — set Support: Transport = NPC on the Mission Creator. Use radio (hold R) for comms. [Pickup, dropoff, halo, optional wp1-9] map markers. Use Smoke at LZ for added precision.


OPTIONAL ADDON STATIONS
INFO: GM Helpers to assist players at their base.

1. Medical Zone — Auto heals on entering. Can be set to be faction dependant.
2. Vehicle Depot — Recognizes first (any) vehicle placed on top and respawns them in 1 minute when the current vehicle is moved away from area. Useful for factions that are unable to spawn their own vehicles. 


OPTIONAL ADDON ZONES
INFO: Civilian-cover infiltration scenarios. Pre-place vanilla NPCs as guards; players approach in civilian clothes and try to gather intel / strike a target without raising suspicion.

1. TOPS Restricted Zone — outer perimeter (20m–500m radius). NPC guards inside tick a suspicion meter based on player behavior (looking too long, loitering, re-entering, visible weapons). 
Zone escalates VISITORS PRESENT → SUSPICIOUS → ALERTED → ALARM RAISED → HOSTILE. On HOSTILE, players will be attacked. LAXED = LOS-gated; HIGH = ticks off-LOS once spotted.
2. TOPS ID Check Area — inner sub-zone at a road / chokepoint. Players need matching ID Card to pass. Set "Linked Zone Name" to match the Restricted Zone — failing the check escalates that zone.
3. TOPS Handler — civilian NPC dispenser. GM sets Cards Available and/or Intel Text. Players walk up: "Give me an ID Card" / "Give me the intel" — items spawn into their inventory.
Combined: a Restricted Zone with NPC guards inside, an ID Check Area + Checkpoint Guard at the access road, a Handler outside dispensing IDs + intel. Players grab ID + intel → pass the checkpoint → infiltrate → gather/strike → exfil before HOSTILE. 
Suspicion is observed in-world via NPC behavior, not a HUD meter.


COMPATIBILITY
Code-only. No assets, no dependencies. Bolts onto vanilla / mod entities. Faction-agnostic — works with RHS, CUP, or any faction registered in SCR_Faction. Compat-tested alongside GME, ACE, RHS, CUP, CRX Enfusion AI, Freedom Fighters.
