All modifications ("Mods") are the exclusive intellectual property of Mr Vxidzzz.
This includes all files, assets, scripts, designs, and related content.
2. LIMITED PRIVATE LICENSE GRANT
This is a restricted, private license. Permission to use these Mods is ONLY granted to:
Mr Vxidzzz (Owner & Creator)
Oregon State Roleplay (Server)
River Valley RP (Server)
These approved entities are authorized to:
Host and run the Mods on their servers
Use the Mods in gameplay and events
Include the Mods in server modpacks
Showcase or promote content featuring the Mods
3. UNAUTHORIZED USE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Any individual, server, or community NOT explicitly listed in Section 2 is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:
Using or accessing the Mods in any capacity
Hosting or running the Mods on any server
Downloading, copying, or redistributing the Mods
Modifying, editing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works
Extracting or reusing any assets
No exceptions are granted without prior written permission from Mr Vxidzzz.
4. NO REDISTRIBUTION
The Mods may not be shared, transferred, sold, or distributed outside of the authorized entities listed in this Agreement.
5. NO MODIFICATIONS
You may not alter, edit, or repackage any part of the Mods without explicit written consent from Mr Vxidzzz.
6. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated.
Violation of any terms will result in:
Immediate termination of this license
Revocation of all rights to use the Mods
Potential takedown actions, including server or platform reports
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
These Mods are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The creator is not responsible for any damages, issues, or conflicts caused by their use.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Mr Vxidzzz be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Mods.
9. AGREEMENT
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using these Mods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA.
