Changes the max carry weight and stamina encumbrance to very high numbers.
Weight is now 99999
Min stamina slow is 10000
Max stamina slow is 20000
Encumbrance Worst multiplier set to 1 instead of 0.5
Character base weight is now 10kg instead of 90kg
Personal belongings now are -99999kg making you weightless
basically not reachable unless you have a MASSIVE backpack.
