Northcom Recon Camera

Adds a reconnaissance camera that marks targets on your teams map.

Fairly straightforward. This was made as a part of a gamemode I'm creating and decided to release it as a standalone item. Take a picture of an enemy or enemy vehicle and it'll mark it on the map for your entire team.
