AI Flying Mi 24 and 28 FIA

Summary

Thanks to Dekot3lt and Darc_ for their hard work in getting AI flying and firing. And thatks to SpaceStrider and WCS for their heli mods.

Description

Making the MI-24 and Mi-28 compatable with Darc_ and Dekot3lt's mod to let AI fly.

All I did was make them the FIA Faction, and added the necessary components to make it work with their mods.
