Ghosts of Reforger CH47_AI

Reduced the speed of the Chinook to hopefully stop the spiral spin it likes to go into. CH47 is now 15 to 35 kph, and MH47 is 20 to 40 Kph.
Also, MH47 still holds half load, CH47 is now full load of troops.

Chinooks now can successfully deliver troops in the battlefield. I've set troop limit to half so if a bird crashes, its not too harsh on the frame rate drop.

Adjusted waypoint length for a longer flight pattern when flying on thier own with no Waypoint. This should help them not stay cluttered around the AO. Also adjusted speed slight for both models, as they are quite a large target for "RPG SNIPERS!"
