transport variants added (both factions), with 2 side benches for 6 passengers (thanks to StevE for the quickest modeling), additional smoke launcher, no weapons, no aircraft manager access, working mfd cameras

fixed .50 cal and boosted, rotor sound turned down a bit, helipad obstruction added, pilotcameraforward action context typo correction in CharacterGeneralContext / chimerainput, m260 rocket pod and the weapon mount geometry errors removed, hierarchy components added, rotor heat effect disabled, rank & exp cost set, thumb added, wrench and bandages in the trunk, and surely some other things i don't remember
