transport variants added (both factions), with 2 side benches for 6 passengers (thanks to StevE for the quickest modeling), additional smoke launcher, no weapons, no aircraft manager access, working mfd cameras

map can be equipped, fixed .50 cal and boosted, rotor sound turned down a bit, helipad obstruction added, pilotcameraforward action context typo correction in CharacterGeneralContext / chimerainput, m260 rocket pod and the weapon mount geometry errors removed, hierarchy components added, rotor heat effect disabled, rank & exp cost set, thumb added, wrench and bandages in the trunk, and surely some other things i don't remember
