Made Moderator be just that they have access to menu (just overview players, squads and information, they can only warn people, no admin access)

Added auto-admin option for admins as some people don't want auto admin.

Added new Notification HUD with queuing system (Shows max of 5 notifications at a time so nothing is missed)

Created custom Popup Hud instead of using base game to prevent it from causing issues with base capture notifications etc. This allows up to 5 notifications at the same time and added a queuing system for it.

Fixed creating scheduled messages, colors, icons etc.
