Update **DZ Restored 3.2** - Fixed hat variants that were missing textures (not sure what happened, but had to remove them from the loot tables) shouldn't cause any difference in gameplay, there's still plenty of hats. - **Support for Darc Missions is in #"Darc Missions Basic Configuration Files For DZ Restored" if you'd like to add it to your server. Simply replace the default config files with these. Tweak as you wish.** - Slightly lowered Chernarus base temperature as it's warmer than Everon. It's tied to character, so if you already have a survivor saved, when you respawn the change will apply. - Added various possible chopper crash sites around the map - Adjusted enemy AI looks to be more bandit-like to fit DZ Restored better **(you will need to update your Darc Missions config for the change to apply)** - Fixed the invisible large metal building, also added industrial loot spawns to it. - Added new items, vehicles, clothing items, some novelty and neat items, I will leave them to be discovered. Some more will be coming next patch, not everything is added yet. - Added waypoints (Shift+Click the map to set a marker). - Added **deployable ground stashes (screenshot attached)** Ground stashes can be dug with an entrenching tool, either civilian or military. Use them to hide gear in secure, secret locations. Digging one consumes the entrenching tool. Their texture is not supposed to be black like that, so I will be fixing it next patch when I figure out why that is happening. It should blend in. - Fixed police jacket & pants having a grey missing texture, they are slightly camo green now. - Added extra buildings to Balota, Tisy, & NWAF - Slightly decreased "size" of Jerry cans so that they are (if working correctly) able to be put into backpacks much easier, rather than needing to carry them around by hand in many situations.

- Fixed an invisible building at Balota airfield. - Added several ghillie suit variants to spawn pools. You can find them packaged in supply boxes, some are rarer than others. The common ones are generic green, winter, and desert. The rarer ones are dark green and woodland. Both - Added the Tisy military base gas-zone and marked it appropriately on the map. You will now **need** to have a gas mask equipped to visit this high-tier loot location. - Added zombie spawns to some places that they felt sparse at (Balota airfield & some others) **- Added support for DarcMissions** (still in testing, unsure if working) - Added loot spawns to Hangars - Fixed hospital interiors having a weird texture (somehow) - Fixed the house that had a purely white texture (somehow) - Fixed castles missing their parts and being invisible, and added zombie spawns to them, as well as loot spawns - Fixed a zombie variant

Update 2.4 Apologies for the delay while I was getting it ready, everyone - Updated to be compatible with latest Reforger update - Fixed armbands (again) & flashlights - Had to remove the "starter" t shirt. No difference should be noticed really, but for some reason it was bugged. - Added flashlights to starter loadout and removed the radio. Radio was only for testing purposes for the AI missions. Flashlights were never intended to be removed. - Changed scenario name to include "DayZ" in the title as suggested by @jarskie - Removed forced first person, it should be left up to server owners. **Notice: Development from this point forward is primarily going to be focusing on __CHERNARUS__.** Everon will still receive support & occasional updates as there's still things to be done, but Chernarus is way more fit for what we're going for here, and I think it's time.

**DZ Restored Patch 2.3.16** - **__FIXED LOOT SPAWNS__** Sorry about that, they were super duper broken! Not finding any normal loot is *abnormal* for future reference lol Wanted to hold off on this content for a bigger update but this hotfix had to happen so - **Partially completed Erquy island** - **Increased gas mask spawn rate slightly & added to industrial loot & military.** - **Slightly decreased overall food/drink spawn rate.**

**DZ Restored Patch 2.3.15** - Tweaked zombie spawn logic a bit further to help server performance - Adjusted zombie spawns at airfield to hopefully help server performance in the area. Rather than their being several individual zombie spawns, there is now less spawns that spawn more zombies. Overall, there should be a slight decrease in zombies there as it was a bit excessive. - Fixed an issue related to gas mask spawning, they should now spawn appropriately - Fixed police loot spawning upright to correct the issue from last night's patch __Known issues:__ -There's a bug relating to certain AR15 & variant weapons. They are currently still spawning but we're looking into it. -There is also possibly a bug relating to helicopter persistence, but this is unconfirmed/uncertain. **Next major update**: Will feature the completion of the Erquy militarized & poison gas island. Currently the island is only partially complete. This island will be a challenging, but rewarding end-game area. **Future roadmap**: Heavy server-performance optimizations. Following the completion of Erquy, more end-game content ideas will be looked into such as __limited__ base building such as the ability to construct walls/barricades but we will **not** be implementing DayZ Epoch style base building that will allow unrealistic towers constructed into the sky or anything similar to this. Think more along the lines of what the OG Arma 2 DayZ Mod had in its end-of-life base building, that's the goal.

**DZ Restored __Update__ 2.3.14** So many patches today. Sorry for the endless posts while I work through some issues, but this is an update with some actual substance for once. - Fixed an issue where an AK flash hider was persisting, leading it to basically sit on spawnpoints and appear that its spawns were higher - **Added rotation to spawned items so they do not spawn inappropriately upright!** - Tweaked temperature to make it feel slightly more difficult, since at the moment it's basically meaningless - Fixed a bug that allowed you to locate bandit camps on literally any inspectable item **And, to summarize the series of patches today into one chunk:** - Optimized server performance via zombies & another map-related issue. Zombies should spawn in slower now, but this shouldn't be noticeable to the average player. If you encounter issues, please report here as always. Thanks!
