TFU Unrestricted Loadouts

TFU Unrestricted Loadouts raises the base carry-weight limit to 200 kg and removes running, sprinting, and weight-related stamina drain. In Conflict, players start at Corporal and can earn further promotions normally.

Features:
- Base carry-weight limit increased to 200 kg.
- No stamina drain from running, sprinting, or encumbrance.
- Adjusted inventory packing settings for greater loadout flexibility.
- Corporal starting rank in Conflict, with normal XP progression.
- Lightweight prefab changes and a small rank script without continuous background checks.

Heavy loads can still reduce movement speed. Inventory space, item dimensions, and equipment-specific restrictions still apply.
