Description
Add option next to the blood settings to put someone in Perma Unconscious. Add invisability for GM to spawn char next to others to be able to hear them. Makes GM local bright at night look like day time. Added option under scanario game- to disable Y ping GM to players. Left Players for GM as it is. By default is on if switched to off should stay off after server restart.
