FMTV Fuel and Construction trucks show no supplies or fuel, but they do allow you to build and refuel just fine.

Added the AH-64D Apache Longbow to give players an option to be the gunner with an Ai Pilot. Works just like the normal transport and will fly to the LZ you place on the Map. Look at your legs while in the gunner seat to trigger, Ready to go, Hover, Continue. You have control of the Auto Cannon and 16 Hellfire Missiles.

Added Dead Hammers Modern Support (Desert Warfare) as a dependency so that I can update both at the same time. Both Dead Hammers Modern Support 2.0 and Dead Hammers Modern Support Desert Warfare are the same mod with different camo variants. For woodland environments us Dead Hammers Modern Support 2.0, For desert environments just use Dead Hammers Modern Support Desert Warfare.
