M113 Flamethrower

Adds flamethrowers to vanilla and modded vehicles.

For now the M113 has been added but i may add more vehicles in the future.

The first versions will have vanilla weapons but i will try to mod their weapons into flamethrowers to make them more realistic whenever possible.



The flamethrower magazine have been adjusted for use in vehicles and to avoid unbalanced gameplay.

Damage values, special effects and drop distances for flamethrowers have been adjusted based on the vehicle  seeking a balance between real values and their usefulness in the game.
