Freedom Fighters ported to current Zimnitrita

Description

Massive thanks to Johnny Kerner for creating such an awesome mod (and for answering lots of my questions).

Huge thanks to Casseburne (and tanin69/giorbev) for creating the awesome Zimnitrita map.

Notes:

This port optimises fighting over lore accuracy as such the following things are changed.

The balance of cities to towns is *heavily* in favour of cities.

Cities have larger populations than usual and AI garrisons and counter attacks are scaled on the population (up to a cap), so if the population is 144, it has 1.44 times the usual AI and so on.

The same applies to military bases and factories, the larger they are the more AI they have.

There are many factories and most of them have higher resource storage than normal out the box. 

If you find the size of the map/battles is causing you issues with performance then you can dial the amount of AI down in the admin settings as usual, We  normally run 140% (on top of the scenario changes above however you may find 80 or 100% more practical - it'll be down to the server hardware and PC's of the people playing).

Zimnitrita is a *massive* highly detailed map, this is likely not going to play well on consoles (I don't know, haven't tried, it does run well on middle of the road PC's though).
