1. Definitions
“Work” refers to all files, assets, scripts, models, textures, audio, and any other content distributed with this mod.
“Author” refers to REFORGED MOD STUDIOS (RMS), Grimdark Studios (GS), and their contributors. Grimdark Studios is an official sub-team operating under REFORGED MOD STUDIOS.
“User” refers to any individual or entity who downloads, uses, or distributes the Work.
2. Grant of License
The Author grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Download and use the Work solely for personal or community gameplay purposes.
Share the Work in its original, unmodified form only, with proper credit to RMS/GS, REFORGED MOD STUDIOS, and Grimdark Studios.
3. Strict Prohibition on Modifications (NO DERIVATIVES)
The User may NOT:
Modify, alter, edit, adapt, translate, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Work.
Repackage, merge, or incorporate the Work into other mods, packs, or projects.
Extract and reuse individual assets (models, scripts, textures, etc.) for any purpose.
ANY modification or derivative use requires PRIOR written permission from the Author (RMS/GS).
4. Non-Monetization Clause
The User may NOT:
Sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise monetize the Work in any form.
Use the Work in any project, server, or platform that requires payment for access to the Work itself.
Exception:
Content creation (such as videos, streams, or media) that includes the Work may generate ad revenue or platform-based monetization, provided access to the Work itself remains free and unrestricted.
5. Distribution Rules
The Work may only be redistributed in its complete, original, and unmodified form.
Proper credit to RMS/GS, REFORGED MOD STUDIOS, and Grimdark Studios must be clearly provided.
This license must be included with any redistribution.
6. Intellectual Property & Fan Content Disclaimer
Helldivers and all associated intellectual property, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of Arrowhead Game Studios (AHS).
This Work is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Arrowhead Game Studios.
The original content, structure, and implementation of this Work are the property of REFORGED MOD STUDIOS (RMS) and Grimdark Studios (GS).
This Work is created in accordance with the rules and permissions granted for fan content by Arrowhead Game Studios.
7. No Ownership Transfer
This license does not grant ownership of the Work.
All rights not expressly granted remain with the Author (RMS/GS).
8. Revocation
The Author (RMS/GS) reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for any violation of its terms.
Upon revocation, the User must immediately cease use and distribution of the Work.
9. Disclaimer
The Work is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind. The Author is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
10. Acceptance
By downloading, using, or distributing the Work, the User agrees to be bound by this license.
