This mod takes Gramps303 ConflictPVERemixedVanilla2.0 and does next:

- Overrides USSR faction to have modern rhs ru character textures, rus flag, icon and name
- Overrides US to have modern rhs us character textures
- Overrides FIA to have SOBR (rus) textures, name, flag and icon, be in alliance with USSR faction
