This Software is created by and owned exclusively by Eiry.
It is produced on behalf of and exclusively for ReforgedZ.
ReforgedZ affiliation does not transfer ownership of the Software.
Ownership, authorship, and all associated intellectual property rights remain solely with Eiry unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
1. Authorised Use
Use of the Software is restricted exclusively to ReforgedZ and any use expressly authorised in writing by Eiry.
Permission requests must be made directly to:

No person, server, community, organisation, or third party may use, host, distribute, modify, or otherwise make use of the Software without prior explicit permission from Eiry.
2. Restrictions
Unless explicitly authorised in writing by Eiry, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, mirror, or redistribute the Software
- Reupload or republish the Software in whole or in part
- Modify, adapt, translate, merge, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, internal structure, or logic from the Software
- Remove, alter, or conceal any ownership notices, branding, or identifying marks
- Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, license onward, or otherwise monetise the Software
- Use the Software in any server, community, project, mod pack, or environment not expressly authorised by Eiry
- Claim the Software, or any modified or unmodified portion of it, as your own work
3. Scope of Permission
Any permission granted by Eiry is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and does not transfer ownership.
Authorised use of the Software does not grant any ownership rights, resale rights, distribution rights, modification rights, or intellectual property rights unless those rights are explicitly granted in writing by Eiry.
4. Exclusive Purpose
This Software is made on behalf of and exclusively for ReforgedZ.
Any use outside that purpose is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by Eiry.
5. Enforcement
Any unauthorised use of the Software constitutes a violation of this license and may result in revocation of access, takedown requests, blacklist action, or further enforcement as deemed appropriate by Eiry.
6. No Waiver
Failure by Eiry to enforce any part of this license at any time does not waive the right to enforce it later.
7. Entire Agreement
This license constitutes the full terms governing use of the Software unless replaced or supplemented by a separate written agreement from Eiry.
All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved by Eiry.
