Just some ease of use tweaks to vehicle loadouts to add the Jerrycan, Shovel and Spanner to each one.
Description
Adds the spanner, shovel and a jerrycan to each default vehicle. Also, the jerrycan should come pre-filled. Applied to LAV25 M998 M923A1 M151A2 BRDM BTR UAZ452 UAZ469 Ural4320 UH1 HIND WIP as not sure the exact config used. Will update and add more in time.
