Short Nights compresses the night cycle to ~20% of total
experienced time — keeping the atmosphere, tactics, and
immersion intact, without the frustration.
Unlike full night-skip mods, the sun still sets and rises
naturally. Night simply passes faster, so you spend more
time fighting and less time waiting for dawn.
