and developed on behalf of ReforgedZ.
1. Ownership
The Software is owned exclusively by Eiry.
Eiry is affiliated with ReforgedZ and acts on its behalf in relation to this Software.
All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved.
2. Permitted Use
The Software may only be used on:
- Official ReforgedZ servers, or
- Servers explicitly authorized in writing by:
- Eiry_ (Discord), or
- modest23 (Discord)
Authorization must be explicitly granted. Possession, download,
access, or visibility does not imply permission.
Permission may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Eiry.
3. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission
is granted by Eiry_ or modest23:
- Modifying, altering, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source logic
- Re-uploading, redistributing, mirroring, or repackaging the Software
- Removing or altering copyright, attribution, or ownership notices
- Circumventing technical protections or access controls
- Using the Software outside authorized environments
Integration into other projects, servers, or mod packs is permitted
only with explicit written authorization from Eiry_ or modest23.
4. Commercial Use
No monetization, licensing, resale, subscription access, or commercial exploitation
of the Software is permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing by:
- Eiry_ (Discord), or
- modest23 (Discord)
Any approved commercial arrangement must be separately documented in writing.
5. Enforcement
Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in:
- Immediate revocation of authorization
- Takedown requests
- Platform enforcement actions
- Legal action where applicable
