ToH ReFactions Ukraine War

Thanks to this mod, we can have specific faces for all factions.

RU faces = 39 (USSR) + 6 (Camo)
UA faces = 49 (US) + 32 (Camo)
DNR faces = 33 (FIA)
UA CIV Faces = 49 (CIV)


Names are also used for specifically Ukrainian AIs.
The language spoken is Russian for all (sorry, we don't have Ukrainian).
