THUNDER BUDDIES STUDIOS – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all mods (“Mod” or “Mods”) published by Thunder Buddies Studios and created by Thunder Buddies Studios (“Author”, “Creator”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this Mod, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Ownership
All Mods are the intellectual property of Thunder Buddies Studios, created by Thunder Buddies Studios. This Agreement grants a limited license and does not transfer ownership.
2. License Grant
This Mod is licensed under Bohemia Interactive’s Arma Public License No Derivatives (APL-ND), subject to the additional restrictions in this Agreement.
You are permitted to:
• Use the Mod for personal and non-commercial gameplay
• Run the Mod on private or public servers in compliance with this Agreement
3. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION ON MONETIZATION
Under no circumstances may this Mod, or any portion of it, be used for monetization.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Paid access to servers
• Priority queues, reserved slots, or VIP features
• Donations, subscriptions, or financial benefits tied to gameplay access or advantages
• Indirect monetization, paywalls, or bundled commercial services
This restriction applies regardless of modification status.
Any violation immediately terminates this license.
4. Redistribution
You may not reupload or redistribute this Mod in original or modified form, including as part of mod packs or collections, without prior written permission from Thunder Buddies Studios.
5. No Derivative Works
Derivative works, modifications, edits, repacks, or altered versions of this Mod are strictly prohibited.
You may not:
• Modify the Mod in any way
• Create derivative works
• Repackage the Mod
• Extract assets for use in other projects
• Distribute edited or partially modified versions
• Reverse engineer for redistribution purposes
Private server configuration that does not modify the Mod files themselves is permitted.
6. No Support Obligation
This Mod is provided “AS IS”, without warranty or guarantee of support or future updates.
7. Termination
Any breach of this Agreement results in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
Upon termination, all copies must be removed and use must cease immediately.
8. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Thunder Buddies Studios.
9. Acceptance
By using this Mod, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
10. Prohibited Communities and Individuals
None at this time
