Description
This version of AWM will hopefully reproduce a slice of tropical weather specific to that region, ranging from hot and humid through to heavy monsoons.

Increased the weather state transition and duration times, resulting in a faster more dynamic weather system without the need for the time progression multiplier.
- Transition time from one weather state to another: 20-30 minutes.
- Duration time once forecasted weather state has been reached: 20-30 minutes

- Monsoon Thunder, then back to Clear Light Fog.
As monsoons begin and end it is common to observe rainfall from what seems like a cloudless sky, this is to be expected and can occur naturally in this region...
Wind Transportation: Strong high-altitude winds can carry rain droplets several miles away from the storm clouds that created them.
By the time the rain reaches the ground, the clouds are no longer directly overhead.
