ACE Dev Demand Surrender

Allows players to demand the surrender of AI characters.

Unarmed characters will always surrender when it is demanded of them. Characters that are holding a weapon will have a 50% chance to comply with the demand.

You are not able to demand surrender from players, GM controlled AI, or characters from your own faction. You are able to release any surrendered character if you choose.

Pressing LCtrl + F will introduce you to my terrible voice acting, and will also demand the surrender of civilians and enemies inside a certain area. I plan to randomize this a bit more later, but right now, it just follows the same system as the surrender option on characters.
