Misfits Squad Server Logging

This creates logging for multiple things across the board using unix timestamps and individual folders for certain events.

This current logs session scoreboard, active players, admin actions, chat messages, connections, kills, player information, player actions, server stats and voting.

This mod adds a few commands as well that work bboth via RCON and ingame

#msbroadcast {message} - Will broadcast a server announcement
#mswarn {playername} {message} - Will send a warn announcement to a player
#msrank {playername} {rank} - Will set a players rank
#msrankall {rank} - Will set all players to a rank
#msgarbage - Will run entity clear (can be used with -force after to force clear entities)
#mschangeteam {playername} - Will change a players faction

This mod was made to be used by everyone and ties into numerous event handlers. I imagine a number of you will develop systems to make use of these logs for player tracking and event tracking and you have my full permission to do so.

There may be errors or events that fail to track, we will continue to update and work on improving this.
