SHS Mods – Usage & Licensing Terms

This content is the property of Shadow Haven Studios (SHS) and is provided exclusively for non-commercial, personal use within Arma Reforger.
All models, textures, materials, and assets included in this mod are either original works created by SHS or legally obtained through licensed marketplaces or direct agreements with creators.
All configuration, scripting, systems, and technical integration contained in this mod are original works developed by Shadow Haven Studios and represent proprietary engineering and design.
Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using this mod, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Commercial Use
This mod may not be used in any commercial product, paid service, monetized server, or revenue-generating project of any kind.
2. No Redistribution or Reupload
You may not reupload, redistribute, mirror, or repack this mod or any of its contents without explicit written permission from Shadow Haven Studios.
3. Reskinning & Prefab Editing Allowed
You are permitted to create and publish reskins or modified prefabs that reference SHS content only if all of the following conditions are met:
Your mod requires the original SHS mod to function and does not include or bundle SHS assets.
Clear and visible credit to Shadow Haven Studios is provided in your mod description and/or documentation.
Screenshots of textures may be used for reskin creation; direct asset extraction is prohibited.
Models may not be reused or redistributed. (Arma Reforger model locking applies.)
4. No Unauthorized Modification or Extraction
You may not extract, decompile, reverse-engineer, or alter SHS-authored scripts, configurations, or systems without written permission.
This restriction applies only to SHS-created content and does not override Bohemia Interactive’s ownership of Arma Reforger engine systems.
5. No Unauthorized Code Editing or Derivative Works
SHS source code may not be modified or used as the basis for derivative systems without prior written approval from Shadow Haven Studios.
6. Violations and Enforcement
Violations of these terms may result in takedown requests, server blacklisting, loss of access to SHS content, and/or legal action where applicable.
7. Respect for Original Work
All content remains the intellectual property of Shadow Haven Studios. Please respect the time, effort, and resources invested into development.
